Candidate Expectations
Commit to Weekly Travel
Be prepared for consistent, weekly travel. Our work requires flexibility and a readiness to be on the move—typically Monday through Thursday—with remote work from home on Fridays.

While our projects can take place in communities large and small, many of our clients’ operations are located in close-knit, small-town, rural communities. Team members must be able to thrive without the hustle and bustle of the big city.

Live Near Key Hubs (Preferred)
Ideally, candidates will reside in or near one of our major travel and project hubs: the greater Atlanta, GA area or the greater Salt Lake City, UT area. Proximity to these locations supports efficient travel and project coordination.
